From arctic roots to international design
Born and raised close to the Arctic Circle in northern Sweden, Monica’s early environment nourished a deep appreciation for purity of form, natural materials and quiet clarity. After completing studies at Beckmans College of Design and Konstfack she established her own studio in Stockholm. From there she has built a career that spans furniture, product and industrial design — always with conceptual depth and a cross-disciplinary mindset.
